About me
Hi! My name is Shania Staten and I am 22 year old artist. I was born and raised in New Brunswick, New Jersey and graduated from North Brunswick Township High School. I currently attend Rutgers University and will be graduating with a major in History and a double minor in Psychology and Education. I am a substitute teacher for the district of North Brunswick Township as well as a certified body piercer and tattoo artist apprentice. I do a lot of community service and activism, always finding ways to give back to my community.
In my downtime, I usually partake in one of my many side hustles/hobbies. I love making art of all media. I draw, paint, sculpt, dance, write, and make music. I also having a strong passion for videography and baking and I love spending time curled up with a good book. I consider myself spiritual and I meditate very often. I consider myself a dabbler in Hoodoo and Wicca and a devotee to Astrology. On the side, I practice metaphysical herbal medicine, apothecary, and I offer Tarot card readings and spiritual guidance.
